Perched on the 14th floor of the historic Peachtree Towers, this condo offers breathtaking skyline views right from your window. The building is renowned for its excellent insulation, so you can enjoy peace and quiet even in the heart of downtown.
Inside, you’ll find modern updates throughout—a fully equipped kitchen, sparkling bathrooms, and dimmable lighting that sets the perfect mood for relaxation. Rest easy on a top-of-the-line mattress with fresh bedding, or gather in the versatile living space, ideal for business meetings, socializing with friends, or simply unwinding with loved ones. Entertainment is at your fingertips with a 50-inch TV with cable and high-speed wireless internet.
Step outside and you’ll discover just how central the location is. A 5-minute walk to Peachtree Center MARTA Station connects you directly to the airport in just 15 minutes. Within a 10-minute walk, you can reach:

HEATING AND AIR: this is an old system that is limited too hot or cold, not both. In the fall and spring, the units are switched from heat to air or vice versa. Therefore I would describe it as heat OR air.
WASHER AND DRYER: Located in the closet. Also, commercial unit available ($1.75 per load) is in on the basement level.
ANIMALS: Per HOA, animals are not allowed.
PARKING: is not included. There are several conveniently located paid lots surrounding the building. We recommend the garage at 31 Baker St. 30308 as it is the most secure. We do not recommend the surface lot at 17 Baker St. 30308 - Prices vary based on demand.

We get a condo for DragonCon every year and this one was nice, way better than where we were the last 2 years. We're not rookies, so we bring our own pots, pans and any other cooking utensils we may need.

Checkin was made easy by the very knowledgeable lady at the front desk of the condo. Great location. We choose the AAA parking garage behind the hotel and had no issues. The attendants working there were also very attentive. Overall great stay. Only suggestion would be an extra blanket or throw to cover up with while relaxing.

My group stayed here for the Passion conference. Easy walking to and from the Benz. Excellent communication. True professionals. Would rent again!!

The place is really nice. The surrounding area is a bit scary. We were only there one night, fortunately. We went downstairs to the Mexican restaurant for a quick bit and a drink. When we went to walk back to the property, there were a group of guys standing outside of the liquor store staring us up and down as we passed. We then turned the corner to enter the building. There were a group of 20ish aged guys sitting out front of the building smoking marijuana and cat calling my wife. Not a comforting feeling, to say the least. Once you're in the building, everything is great. The check in process was easy, the place was nice.
