4 rooms (1 of them with King size bed and 1 of them with bunk bed), 2 bathrooms, pool area/BBQ grill covered with screen.
Your kids will go crazy with our themed room: if you need a break from Disney and Universal and their long lines under the scorching sun, they’ll still be able to soak in the charms of our MINIONS and MICKEY`S room.
The whole house has high-speed internet wi-fi coverage, and central air conditioning.
One dishwasher for all your needs, washer and dryer, and many utensils and appliances so you can feel at home.
We have spaces for 2 cars on the driveway.
- We offer some kids amenities, such as:
High chair
Crib
Pack N `Play
Plates, bowls, glasses and cutlery.
We provide bath towels, beach towels, and hand towels.
**We do not offer washcloths for hygiene reasons.
We understand that this is an individual item :)
- We offer pool heating for an additional $55 per night (it has to be for the entire stay).
It takes about 12-14 hours to fully warmed up to 90º.

We know that in the Orlando Metropolitan area, where everything is so spaced out, location is VERY important.
Guess what? This one is impeccable: Windsor Palms resort is around 15 minutes from the Walt Disney Complex, 25 from Universal.
Shopping?
We’re 17 minutes from Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets, and under 20 from the nearest Walmart, Walgreens, Target… anything you want.
And the best part: They are all basically to the same direction, so you can always drop by one on the way back from the other.
No need to make crazy logistic plans.
This house is for people that already do that too much on their regular time, and stay here exactly so they can relax and live with ease.
The best way to get around is with your own car, rental, or Uber.
We offer free parking at the house
By making your reservation, you agree to all of our rules:
- Quiet hours: 10:00pm to 08:00am.
- You must be at least 21 years old to book this property.
- Pets are not allowed on our property, if someone comes to break this rule, we will have a fine of $500.00.
- We will also apply a fine ($1,000.00) if someone fail to comply with the NO SMOKING rule on our property.
- Parties are strictly prohibited. If guests have a party or other event, guests will charged $800.00 and removed from the property no refund.
- Children friendly DOES NOT MEAN the area is CHILD-PROOF.
It is the responsibility of the guardian/parent to monitor their children`s actions AT ALL TIMES.
- No food or drink allowed in the bedrooms, or pool.
- There will be a $12.00 fee for any damaged towel.
- We offer a BBQ grill and propane gas tank EMPTY (Feel free to refuel)
If used, we have a $35.00 cleaning fee.
- We offer pool heating for an additional $55 per night (it has to be for the entire stay).
It takes about 12-14 hours to fully warmed up to 90º.

- Pool cleaning is done weekly by a professional company for your comfort.
In rare events, they have to go more than once. If you are in the pool when they come, you will have to come out so they can perform their work. I hope you understand
- Check-out is at 10 am.
Any late check-out after 10:01 am will be charged a fee of $ 100.00.
If the guest exceeds 11:00 am without permission, an additional fine of $200.00 per hour will be applied to the guest.
** Any minute exceeded, the total hourly rate will be charged.
Sorry about that, but we need enough time to prepare the house for our next guests.
By making reservation, you also agreed that the pool and pool area will be used at your own risk.

Lovely clean property in a fantastic location, where you can chill at the villa or use the communal area for a change of scenery.
The living and dining area is nice and bright and great for relaxing after a long day in the parks with plenty space for sitting down for breakfast or chillin in front of the TV.
All my family commented on how comfortable the beds were in each of the bedrooms and they were all decorated and furnished really nicely.
The play room/laundry room was great to use, with the pool table and air hockey proving some good family fun, whilst my son liked the PS5 where he could still interact with friends from home in an evening.
The pool was serviced on a couple of occasions which kept the pool water clean.
The communication with the hosts Michelle and Alan pre, during, and post our stay was nothing other than impeccable, absolutely fantastic hosts.
This is definitely somewhere we’d look to return to when visiting the area again
