Great host! Great property, everything was clean and organized. Very accessible and easy to navigate. Thank you!!

Air conditioning was great and washer dryer in apartment really helped us not have to pack a lot of clothes. It very easy to find and was convenient to the fairgrounds only 15 minutes away. Food and groceries were close by. We had fun watching the ducks and other birds.

Host was very accommodating

Communication with the host, Juan, was very smooth; he answered all my questions. He seems like an experienced business owner and is likely to expand his business significantly. The room design was both modern and practical, the TV had excellent picture quality, and while not luxurious, everything was almost perfect. The only drawback was that the shower water temperature was a bit low, so I had to adjust it to be higher. If we come to Tampa again, we will definitely stay here, and I will recommend this apartment to my friends.

Host informed us he would bring us a toaster the next day - he didn't. No scissors, only 2 wine glasses.
