We had a great stay at this great home in Lake City! The house was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen was really well supplied and the washer and dryer were super handy. We loved the proximity to the beach and to town. Connie had great communication with us and answered all of our questions promptly and graciously! Hope we get to stay again!

The exterior of this home wasn't updated so I was concerned when arriving, however, the interior was clean and comfortable. There are 4 bedrooms 2 on the main floor and 2 in the basement. 2 full bathrooms on the main floor. I would recommend this facility to others. However, the exterior definitely needs some sprucing up. The beds in the basement could use some bed frames as the box springs and mattresses are just on the floor.
