Tucked into the hills of Monte Santa Maria Tiberina, this pet-friendly holiday home offers a cozy escape for two guests. The ground floor features a spacious kitchen with a microwave, fridge, and TV, plus a fireplace for added warmth. A comfortable double bedroom and modern bathroom ensure restful nights, while the roofed terrace is perfect for morning coffee or sunset views.

Outdoors, guests can relax in the lush garden, enjoy alfresco meals at the shared barbecue area, or cool off in the shared swimming pool (12x6 m, open June–early Sept). Table tennis and table football add a playful touch, with tennis courts just 2 km away and a golf course 50 km from the property. Scenic walks and nearby villages offer peaceful exploration.

For dining, savor Umbrian flavors at Bar Ristorante Oscari, Il Poggio, or Il Palazzetto del Monte Ristorante. For a scenic drive, Borgomela and L'osteria del Bosco offer refined regional dishes, while Enjoy - Pizzeria & Burgheria adds a casual twist.
