Relaxing, French cottage on the wide part of Dog River. The property has a large, flat yard and pier for enjoying the day on the water and beautiful sunsets over the river. 10 minutes to Brookley Field, 15 minutes to downtown, 5 minutes to Mobile Bay …and 2 minutes to the River Shack and Grand Mariner by boat or car! Spend the day on the water skiing, fishing or swimming or take a drive south to Dauphin Island or the local shooting preserve. The house has an open floor plan with a beautiful kitchen and fireplace with a porch and windows overlooking the river.

Perfect spot for our weekend trip to Mobile! This is lovely home with great access to the river and just a short trip to Mobile. Plenty of room for our family of 4. Our teenage boys enjoyed fishing off the dock (bait shop just down the street) and we enjoyed how accessible it was to downtown Mobile for dinners. Our host was very communicative and made everything easy. Would definitely stay here again!

This property is located on the best place on dog river and with its pier its makes it amazing . Beautiful morning and evening views. The owner was also very accessible with questions . I’ve never stayed in mobile but always passed thru it on way to the beach . I will be back. Mobile was a great place to visit. I recommend bringing your boat if you have one . You’ll have a blast !! Thanks very much for hosting your home!!

Gorgeous property. Everything was so well maintained, clean, and comfortable. The host is very responsive and helpful. It was a perfect spot for our family. Kitchen was well equipped, place stayed cool despite a hot and humid weekend. Beds were all comfortable, living room furniture was so relaxing. We can’t wait to book again.
