About the Space:
- 4 Bedrooms with king sized beds and 4 Bathrooms: Each bedroom is designed for comfort and privacy. The primary suite highlights dual vanities, a freestanding soaking tub, plus indoor and outdoor showers. A second spacious bedroom offers nearby access to a large bathroom with a walk-in shower. Two additional suites are located in the courtyard ohanas, each with its own private ensuite.
- Versatile Flex Room: The multipurpose room doubles as a fifth sleeping area with a retractable Murphy bed. Use it as a media lounge or workspace by day, then transform it into a cozy bedroom at night.
- Outdoor Living: The villa's private yard offers a freeform pool, waterfall spa, and ample lounge and dining areas. The pool is seasonally heated, with optional heating for a fee, and the spa is heated instantly on demand.
- Elegant Interiors: Restoration Hardware furnishings and custom ceiling fretwork give the home a curated, upscale aesthetic. Expansive sliding glass doors bring indoor and outdoor living together seamlessly.
- Chef's Kitchen: Equipped with a Wolf 6-burner gas range, Sub-Zero refrigerator, and high-end cabinetry, this gourmet kitchen has everything you need. Indoor and outdoor dining areas each seat eight, perfect for enjoying fresh island meals together.

- Nohea Amenity Center: Free-form pool, gym, and outdoor kitchen with BBQ.
- The property is stocked for the beach with beach towels, chairs, a cooler, and boogie boards. There are also four bikes available for use during your stay.
- Mauna Lani Beach Club pass for exclusive access to a pristine beach, excellent snorkeling, and the Napua Restaurant, a short walk from the home along the fishpond trail. It provides a safe swimming and snorkeling experience, on-site beach attendants, cabanas, and showers. Lounge chairs and cabanas are provided, so you only need to pack beach towels and snorkel gear.
- Mauna Lani Sports Club pass for exclusive access to the Sports Club, an off-site affiliate of the Auberge Hotel, offering tennis, pickleball, a 25-meter lap pool and fitness center. For clarity, this membership does not grant access to the Auberge Hotel and their on-site amenities.
This home is part of a new luxury community, and as the neighbourhood grows there will be construction activity on nearby lots. Work is limited to weekdays between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM. We are happy to share the most up-to-date details with you before your stay so you know what to expect.

Beautiful home and great location! Comfy beds, plenty of extra items like pillows, blankets, and condiments to help it feel like home. We loved the pool and hot tub and beautiful back yard.

Such an incredible property for our family of 6. Plenty of space to spread out and the amenities of the property are incredible. Kitchen is well stocked with all you need and the grill works perfectly!Communication with the property management team was wonderful and we had everything we needed and more to have an incredible stay!We'll be back!

This house was perfect for my families stay in Mauna Lani. The home is new, nicely furnished and well stocked having everything we could need for a day at the beach. It’s proximity to the grocery store and beach club made everything incredibly convenient, and the availability of the bikes was a nice touch. We enjoyed the private pool and spa with plenty of lounging options both in the sun and the shade.
We can’t recommend this home enough and look forward to returning for our next family vacation!

Nohea 13 was perfect for our two families.
The open living spaces combined with separate sleeping areas was great for our three older teens. The home’s kitchen provisioning is excellent, with many thoughtful details that it was nearly like being in our own kitchen, unlike most sparsely outfitted vacation rentals. We enjoyed the home’s many amenities, from pool and hot tub, the grill, the bikes and cooler, all in great condition.
Lisette, the property manager was easy to work with, accessible and responded quickly when we noticed the dryer vent wasn’t working properly - it was fixed professionally the same day.
And, although this development has other homes currently under construction, we rarely saw or heard construction and it never affected us. The location is quiet and private feeling, while close to the Mauna Lani fishponds and shoreline, and essential groceries at Foodland Farms.
We all hope to visit again.
