Cozy Coastal Comfort for Two
Nestled just 600 meters from the golden sands of Egmond aan Zee, this charming ground-floor holiday home is the perfect seaside escape for couples or solo travelers. The modern interior offers everything you need to feel at home—from a sunny open-concept living space with a plush sofa bed and dining area to a well-equipped kitchen and a peaceful bedroom. Large patio doors open to a spacious 26 m² private terrace, ideal for sipping morning coffee or enjoying a glass of wine after a beach day.

Where Sea Meets Culture
Once a traditional fishing village, Egmond aan Zee retains its historic charm with lively beach pavilions, local shops, and fantastic seafood restaurants just a short stroll away. Explore the iconic dunes just 200 meters from the home—perfect for long hikes or scenic bike rides. Venture to Alkmaar (famous for its cheese market) or spend a cultural day in Amsterdam, both easily accessible by car or public transport.

A Pet’s Paradise by the Sea
Bring your furry friend along—pets are warmly welcome here! Start the morning with a walk along the pet-friendly beach, or let your dog roam free through the scenic dunes. Many cafés and beach bars in town offer outdoor seating where dogs are greeted with water bowls and treats. For more bonding time, explore the nearby Egmond Forest trails or book a local dog-friendly beach photoshoot for a memory you’ll both cherish!
