Beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo in the most ideal location near Telfair Square and Ellis Square. Each bedroom has a King size bed and en suite bathroom.. Newly remodeled kitchen and bathrooms with beautiful granite counters. View of Broughton Street from the front bedroom and living room. View of Barnard Street from 2nd Bedroom.
We are lucky to have a 24/7 garage access card for our guests at this condo. The garage is one block away from the building and parking for one car is covered with a small $5 per day fee to use our access card. If you do not wish to use our garage card or have additional vehicles, all day parking on street and at select parking garages is best handled by downloading the ParkSavannah App to pay for any numbered space through an app of your phone.
We are an "integrated partner" with VRBO/Expedia/HomeAway. Your credit card will show the rent/tax/cleaning portion of your charges under our company name because Integrated Partners are required to be the Merchant Of Record per VRBO terms of service. Only your "service fee" charged by VRBO will show on your credit card statement as a charge from that company and rest shows separately as a charge from our local Savannah GA company. Please be sure anyone who oversees your credit card statement is aware of this to avoid any confusion. If you book on VRBO you will have already agreed to our basic rules and terms (no smoking, no pets, capacity limit, check in/out times, refund policy etc) on the VRBO checkout page. You will then need to digitally sign a rental agreement with our company after booking through VRBO. Nothing in our company rental agreement contradicts the posted terms on VRBO. This apartment is in a terrific location. The host sends very clear check-in instructions that help tremendously. We loved that we could walk to shops, restaurants, and museums within 1 to 2 blocks. Savannah is a great city. We enjoyed being in the heart of it. As mentioned in the description, parking is just a block away. The check-in instructions include loading and unloading information. We found everything we needed in the apartment and the host was very responsive.

Unit was exactly as pictured. Very spacious rooms and very clean. Excellent location within walking distance to everything you'd want to see and do in downtown Savannah . Would definitely recommend to others

Pleasant stay overall. It was clean and there were plenty of kitchen appliances we could use. Of course, it was gonna be noisy at night because its on Broughton St but its a great location for a decent price so I thought it was a reasonable trade-off. There isn't any wifi either but thats not something they advertise, so just be aware before booking. The only real issue I had was my skin getting irritated and itchy from either the sheets or the dust in the bedroom.

The unit was nice and very clean. It was easily accessible to restaurants, River St, shopping etc. If you are one who needs sleep though I would not recommend. Everything I would rate 5 Star accept for the fact it was not quiet. The building is on a very noisy street with loud cars blaring music, people screaming, and other various noises keeping us up till 2-3 am. Again nothing against the property but unless you are staying out late to party I don’t recommend.
