The waiver does not cover intentional or negligent damage, smoking, unauthorized pets or guests, missing items, excessive cleaning, rule violations, fines, or damage exceeding $1,000. Guests remain financially responsible for excluded damage and any costs above the coverage limit.
• Each condo is individually owned—interior design and furnishings may vary from photos
• Ocean views and balconies are not guaranteed, see photos
• Marina/trailer parking for boats not included—reserve in advance with Ocean Pointe Suites Property Management/Dock Master
• Kayaks and paddleboards are not included in reservation
• Limit of 2 vehicles per condo unit
• Jet Skis & jet boats are not allowed on the property.
• RVs/motorhomes, oversized vehicles, or commercial vehicles displaying logos or advertisements are not allowed on the property.

The Unit we stayed in was very Charming. Every detail had been covered, except there were no blankets, I know its Florida, but for a luxury touch, all beds including the Sofa Sleeper need a very nice Blanket. The Master bedrooms TV didnt work, it displayed a "no signal" message, but the router was on in the bedroom and all the other TVs worked fine.

The apt was ok for the priced paid. Location was great and so were amenities. There is a nice on-site pool, kayas and restaurant. Check in was easy but had an issue with management charging me more than what i paid on VRBO. Be aware of what you sign and your total matching! Would stay in this community again but will rent via Airb&b next time , from an owner.
