5-minute walk to Playa Peladas, local shops and restaurants and 20-minute walk to Playa Guiones.
1 BR, 1 BA, fully equipped granite-top kitchen, cooled by fans and AC. Living spaces open to private terraza with jungle garden view. Beyond there`s a shared saltwater pool, rancho, grill, pizza oven, and outdoor shower.
Two wireless internet providers, with power backup, perfect for remote working. We have 24/7 security, a water treatment system and a large back up water tank.
You`ll enter the house into a spacious living area with a twin sized daybed/couch. The kitchen is a travelling chef`s dream, fully equipped and with an island. Further into the house you`ll find the bathroom and bedroom with a queen bed and a washer/dryer. The house is equipped with A/C, fans, and high speed internet with redundancy and UPS for your work away from home needs.
The private patio has a dining table with seating for 4 and 2 chairs and a table that interfaces with the shared pool and rancho. The rancho has an outdoor kitchen, dining table and lounge chairs. Perfect for relaxing by the pool or sharing a meal.
The rancho and pool and gardens are shared with the other rental units.
There is secure private parking for one vehicle per unit. Additional vehicles may be accommodated by advanced request.
JUNGLE LIFE
We live in the jungle and all kinds of wildlife can enter your casita, mostly insects. Please know this is part of life in our special slice of Paradise. To minimize the impact of bugs on your vacation, please keep food wrapped, store it in the refrigerator, clean kitchen counters and screen doors closed at all times (particularly at night).
ABOUT NOSARA INFRASTRUCTURE
While the infrastructure in Costa Rica is improving, it is highly likely that you will experience power, water and internet outages at some point during your stay. We consider it part of the fun of experiencing another country and culture. All of these outages are beyond the control of the homeowner and the management company and may come without advance notice. If having internet access is imperative during your visit, we recommend you research internet data plans available from your cellular provider.
WATER
During the dry season months of December through April, the Property may have low water pressure due to temporary or scheduled water outages. We will do our best to notify Guests of any interruptions in water service or regularly scheduled water shut-offs.
REFUNDS
No refunds will be given for natural disasters, water outages, internet outages, security breaches, personal property losses, or nearby construction noise. This area is a rapidly growing community. There is no guarantee there will not be construction nearby.
INSURANCE
We encourage all Guests to purchase Traveler Insurance in case of unforeseen circumstances, accidents, or other issues that may prohibit Guests from travelling or fulfilling Rental terms.
Quiet time is from 10 pm to 6 am
Our regular check in hours are between the hours of 2pm-6:30pm and check outs are on or before 10:00am. For check-ins between 6:30pm and 9:30pm a $50 payment will be payable to the person that meets you at the house. We are sorry, but we do not accept check-ins after 9:30pm.

We loved everything about our stay at La Joya Jade! The location is perfect….easy walking to either Playa Pelada and Playa Guiones and both beaches are great. All the amenities are fabulous and we especially enjoyed the beautiful pool, the perfectly outfitted kitchen, and the outdoor shower/tub. Thank you also for the little touches of hospitality…quality shower soaps and conditioner, nice linens, comfortable bed, ground coffee, and the wonderful assortment of fruit and melons.

Loved this property! It he manager, Tiffany, was lovely, welcoming and extremely knowledgeable. This is a return trip to Nosara and the property served all our needs Pura Vida!

We hate to write such a great review because we selfishly don’t want everyone to know how great this place was. That first impressions when you step onto the property, is how clean and well-kept it was. The pool area with the rancho was fantastic, and the casita itself was beautiful and clean. Equally as great as the property were the hosts, Julia and Bill do a fantastic job making you feel welcome and taking care of. We feel like we made great friends in a very short period of time and can’t wait for our next trip back.
