→ Anyone 21 and older can reserve this condo. 18+ require special permission. Please contact the Property Manager and ask for special permission to book.
→ MONTHLY STAYS - Message Us for Great, Long Term Snowbird and Travel Nurse Rental Rates Throughout the Fall and Winter Months!
→ 2 vehicles maximum. Additional off-site parking may be available nearby for a separate fee.

Please leave the condo reasonably clean and in damage free order. If damages occurred, please inform us.
Run dirty dishes in dishwasher (detergent cubes under sink)
Place any used towels inside washer
Dispose of any leftover food, throw out ALL trash at disposals on your floor.
Check Out is at 10:00 AM promptly. Housekeeping will arrive then to clean for the next guest!

Condo was very clean and spacious. It was beautiful and had plenty of room. Our host Val was amazing. I booked with her last minute and she was very accommodating and responsive to any questions that I had. Would definitely book with her again. Both the master bedroom and the living room had a balcony with sliding doors which we loved. Condo was in very close proximity to everything. 10/10 would recommend!!!

Very nice condo! Owner contacted us with check in/check out instructions and responded almost immediately to any question or concern. Will definitely book again if we do PCB again.
