Older 90’s unit showing its age in many places, It is clean. Kitchen looking old and well used, linoleum cracking with age/cleanings. trim loose in many places around the unit. couldn't seem to get the ceiling fan to work, to circulate air. Host is good to communicate, getting keys was simple, parking is good, location is good, located in the golf course/ country club. It was mostly quiet, you will hear the jets/turbo props taking off and landing at the airport, if you want a window open.Has a washer dryer if needed. Needs a mattress badly.
