Portacot (guests need to bring all bedding to use); Guests need to provide linen for toddler beds. Ensuite bathroom adjoining upstairs master bedroom with walk-in shower, vanity and toilet; Separate toilet; Main 3-way bathroom downstairs with vanity, bath and walk-in shower; Separate toilet. Ducted air-conditioning throughout; Ceiling fans in all bedrooms. Wall-mounted televisions (with USB & HDMI ports) in all bedrooms. Lift access to both floors. Fully equipped upstairs kitchen with gas stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher, filtered water and large side-by-side fridge/freezer; Coffee machine (guest need to bring beans to use or purchase locally); Small kitchen appliances including kettle, toaster, electric hand beater, sandwich press, and airfryer. DIRECTIONS: Heading towards Wallaroo from Kadina, turn right onto Athena Drive and follow the road around, then turn left onto Spencer Highway/Alford Road (heading back towards Wallaroo township). Turn right onto Cutter Drive (main marina entrance) then left onto Gilmore Crescent. Happy Days is on the right hand side, with a yellow holiday rental sign at the front.

It was a great place spacious home all modern appliances I suggest a Dyson for upstairs so you don’t have to get vacuum cleaner out all the timeOverall family friendly and close to the beach

Group of friends like to head away for a break a few times a year. Have stayed in the area before but our first time at this property. Overall we were impressed and will definitely come back.

May not be standard by when we arrived, there were dirty pots and the BBQ was not cleaned.
