We had the absolute pleasure of staying in this beautiful home on the river in Dexter, just a few houses down from where Ron grew up—making this trip feel extra special and full of nostalgia. The house itself was stunning: peaceful, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, with every detail in place to make our stay comfortable and memorable. What truly made this experience stand out, though, was the host. They went above and beyond to ensure everything we could possibly need was available—and then some. Their warmth and hospitality were deeply appreciated, and we can’t express enough gratitude for not only discovering this gem of a home but also for having such incredible hosts. We’ll be recommending this place to everyone we know, and we can’t wait to come back. Thank you for everything!GO BLUE!〽

We were so happy with our stay. Joanne has thought of every detail to make Rojo's Riverside Retreat an easy choice for a rental. The kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms are supplied with all the necessities plus amenities you might have forgotten. Great mattresses and pillows! VERY clean! The patio, and river view were the cherry on top. Dexter is the cutest little town (a short walk from the house to lots of dining options!).

This property has absolutely everything you need! Joanne has thought of everything and it was truly appreciated! She set up tubes so we could soak in the river and even left us supplies to make mimosas. We can’t say enough good things about this property! Would 100% recommend staying here :)
