The holiday apartment Villetta Stella is located in Chia and is perfect for an unforgettable holiday with your loved ones. The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, air conditioning in 2 bedrooms as well as a washing machine. This holiday apartment offers a private outdoor space with a garden, covered terrace, and barbecue.
2 bedrooms have a double bed each, 1 bedroom has 2 single beds that cannot be joined together.
The property is located close to the beach.
"Torre chia" beach can be reached within 1.3 km, services are all around the house (restaurant and pizzeria, supermarket within 5 min walking).

Pros: Quiet neighborhood, relaxing atmosphere, and a spotless home!
The house features two gardens—one in the front and another in the backyard—perfect for barbecues and relaxing evenings.
The layout is especially convenient for groups, with two floors and plenty of large windows that provide excellent airflow, making air conditioning unnecessary.
Efisio is a kind and attentive host. He made sure we had access to all the amenities listed in the description and gifted us with a welcome kit in the fridge!
Everyone had a great time and truly enjoyed their stay.
Highly recommended! :)
