This place is the luxury residence of the Veranda brand. The room is on the high floor and next to Jomtien Beach. Guest get access to beach pool of Veranda Resort hotel (to use residence side in the hotel pool). The residence also has a fitness center, swimming pool, and sauna room. Free parking space is available onsite. 7-Eleven store, Tops Daily store, and SkoopBeachCafe walking distance. Thai seafood restaurants PuPen, Sawai seafood, Four floating markets, Columbia Pictures Aquaverse, and Lotus Department Store are near residence.
- The room is almost on the highest floor of the residence.
- The room has an area of 36 square meters, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom.
- On the balcony of the room there is a washing machine, and a hand-held steam iron is prepared for use.
- The room has Internet, TV, Netflix, Max and HBO, an air conditioner, a water heater, bathroom accessories, bathrobes, shoes in the room, a safe box, a stream iron, a hair dryer, hair straighteners, a refrigerator, a rice cooker, a kettle, a toaster, a microwave, a coffee maker, and kitchen equipment.
- You will see both mountain and sea views from the dining table, living room, bedroom, and balcony. Because the room is almost on the highest floor of the residence.
- You can make your food in the room because we have a kitchen and kitchen equipment.

The suite was cleaned once a week and did a good job. The host was easily accessible and took care of all our needs with no problems. There is an ocean view from the deck. Nearby a Seven Eleven , Tops and a few restaurants and many street vendors. Larger grocery stores are about six kilometres away. Overall this is a very good stay and very close to the ocean beach.

The location of this suite is on the south end of Na JomtienBeach about 100 metres to the beach , easy access.Lots of covennient stores close by. Lots of food kiosks and street food near bye. Alonf Jomtiem beach are plenty of food service restaurants. Night Market is about a 2 KM walk. Or you can jump on a songthua for ten bachts. Major Grocery Store about 6 KM away. Nees a vehicle to get there or taxi. Overall a very good stay.

The property owner was amazing in that she ensure I had what I needed and addressed any challenge there may have been very quickly and efficiently. She was very communicative and kind. I highly recommend staying at this property. The view of the sea is wonderful and there are lots of dinning options in the neighborhood. Five stars for this property.
