A proposito di questa appartamento struttura in affitto
Even if it's not really the blue ocean that surrounds this beautifully situated holiday apartment, everything is blue and water all around!
Situated on a narrow headland between the Baltic Sea fjord Schlei and the marina of the Baltic Sea resort, this holiday apartment spoils you with pure water views. The white sandy beach of the Baltic Sea resort is within walking distance. Long walks on the beach and sunbathing are therefore part of the wellness programme.
Surrounded by a green area that invites you to laze around as well as play and run around, BLUE OCEAN is located on the ground floor and offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday by the water.
The open-plan living and dining area with adjoining terrace faces south and guarantees sun all day long. The large, floor-to-ceiling windows flood the living area with light and offer a magnificent view of the ever-bustling sailing harbour. The terrace is the highlight of this holiday apartment. Uniquely situated right on the edge of the spacious harbour basin, there is nowhere else to spend your holiday closer to the water than here. Water cinema without end!
Modern and classically furnished, with a comfortable sofa that can be converted into a double bed in just a few simple steps, you are guaranteed to feel good and relax from the very first moment. A TV is available here in case you want to interrupt the breathtaking water programme.
The integrated kitchen is perfectly equipped and cooking together is great fun. Enjoy the finished delicacies on the terrace with a panoramic view of the sailing boats coming and going or enjoy a cosy barbecue. This is pure holiday.
The wonderful view from BLUE OCEAN continues in the bedrooms. In both the bedroom with a double bed and the bedroom with two single beds, you will be spoilt with a fantastic view of the Schlei. What could be better than falling asleep and waking up to this view through the windows? The beautiful dreams will come all by themselves.
The spacious bathroom has a shower bath and an infrared sauna in addition to all the useful amenities. Pleasant wellness moments are pre-programmed and provide wonderful relaxation even in the cooler months of the year. What could be better on holiday than ending a long day at the Baltic Sea in your private wellness area with sauna?
Another comfort you won't want to miss is the car parking space right next to the house.
Our favourite spot: Enjoy the Baltic Sea flair from the terrace on a sun lounger or from the comfortable beach chair or watch the hustle and bustle in the large harbour basin.
Please note that the OstseeResort Olpenitz is still under construction due to high demand. Nevertheless, the properties already meet a 5-star standard and offer you a first-class stay. Any construction work at the resort will not affect your holiday enjoyment, which is why additional discounts are excluded.
