A proposito di questa casa struttura in affitto
Your holiday happiness on the Baltic Sea between the harbour and the beach.
The modern, detached holiday home impresses with its immediate proximity to the popular Weidefeld sandy beach and Olpenitz harbour as well as its high-quality and stylish furnishings. Both families and adults will find the tranquillity of the Baltic Sea and a relaxing place to feel good all round in Haus GlückSEEligkeit.
In the open-plan living area on the ground floor, you can enjoy complete holiday comfort, whether dining together or spending cosy hours by the fireplace.
The wooden terrace directly adjoining the living area with its attractive outdoor furniture invites you to relax, play or enjoy a cosy barbecue.
The kitchen is also equipped to a high standard and leaves nothing to be desired. The relaxation area of the holiday home is located on the upper floor with a view of the OstSEE and the harbour.
For restful nights, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with two single beds as well as an optional full-size sleeping area in the form of a recamiere. A baby cot is also available for younger guests. If required, you will also find a bed rail in the house, which can be flexibly attached to each bed.
Haus GlückSEEligkeit offers the luxury of two bathrooms on each living level. An infrared sauna, whirlpool bath and shower with a view of the water on the first floor promise pure wellness. A shower room on the ground floor provides additional comfort.
Both young and old guests will find their holiday happiness in this holiday home: from board games and children's crockery to a handcart, everything is available; adults can also enjoy the comfort.
There is a private car park and a bicycle shed in front of the house.
The furnishing style corresponds to the exclusive location of the holiday home: high-quality materials and clear colours and shapes create a harmonious atmosphere and promise peace and relaxation, while individual colour accents provide refreshing lightness. Haus GlückSEEligkeit offers complete holiday comfort and the best conditions for a great holiday by the Baltic Sea.
Our favourite place: After an exploration tour with the handcart, end the day comfortably with the family on the terrace.

The construction work at the resort will not affect your holiday enjoyment, which is why additional discounts are excluded.
