- The home has 2 flights of stairs for guests to access floors.
- The room on the first floor was previously a small living room remodeled, and guests have to pass through this room to access the patio or going to the beach.
- The kitchen is on the top (3rd) floor.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce it. Moonlight checked all the boxes. Being right on the beach and also being just a couple minutes walk to shops and restaurants was exactly what we were looking for. Kitchen was well stocked with all the cooking utensils and appliances we needed to cook for our group of 10. There was a good selection of board games, movies, and a Roku. The kids enjoyed the large bucket of sand toys which was nice since we forgot to pack ours, and it was fun to see the steam train come into the station right from our balcony.There are a lot of stairs with the main living space and kitchen being on the top floor, so beware if stairs would be an issue for anyone in your party. We had a great stay!

We enjoyed our stay very much! The AvantStay condo was comfortable and had everything we needed. Loved watching the beautiful sunsets on the balcony and walking on the beach. The location was great - we drove up and down the coast, visiting the beach towns and seeing the sights. Thank you!

The location was perfect and right on the beach. Several balconies to sit and watch the waves. Great location within town. My kids loved the train and the ice cream shops right nearby. There is also a central market across the street where you can get some groceries. We have 3 kids -7, 4, and under 1- and we had plenty of room and games to play. The location on the beach just can't be beat. It's also a good central location for nearby hikes and visit to the Tillamook creamery. House was clean and comfortable. Fireplace was very easy to use.

The property is ideally located, with great views and great access to the beach and to the little there is in Rock Beach. Also the property was spacious, clean and well equipped. I was disappointed though in how worn some things were though, especially the mattresses. Most were quite uncomfortable so it was difficult to get a good night's sleep. Anyway, it was an overall Ok experience but I definitely will not return to that property.
