A proposito di questa appartamento struttura in affitto
Located on a narrow headland between the Baltic Sea fjord Schlei and the sailing and sports boat harbour of OstseeResort Olpenitz, this ground-floor holiday apartment boasts a fantastic view of the harbour entrance and all-day sun on the south-facing terrace. The white sandy beach of the Baltic Sea resort is just a few minutes' walk away and there is also a small bay right in front of the house. The green area around the house invites you to sunbathe, play and linger.
Wellness enthusiasts will get their money's worth: an infrared sauna (heat cabin) with hi-fi sound system and LED colour light therapy as well as a relaxing whirlpool bathtub invite you to unwind after a walk on the beach. The bathroom also has a level-access shower.
Fantastic views open up from the living area and the adjoining terrace overlooking the marina. The harbour cinema provides entertainment during a sociable barbecue evening or a romantic candlelight dinner.
On holiday there is time for creative cooking, and the fully equipped eat-in kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. Breakfast right by the waterPure holiday feeling.
The two bedrooms offer access to the second terrace and each have an additional flatscreen TV.
Underfloor heating, whirlpool bath and sauna promise comfort at any time of year.
The interior design of this modern holiday apartment is cosy, inviting and maritime. Arrive and feel at home guaranteed!
There is a private car park and bicycle shed in front of the house.
The holiday apartment is on the ground floor.
Our favourite place: Sitting on the terrace, looking out over the water and telling yarns over a cool drink.
Please note that the OstseeResort Olpenitz is still under construction due to high demand. Nevertheless, the properties already meet a 5-star standard and offer you a first-class stay. Any construction work at the resort will not affect your holiday enjoyment, which is why additional discounts are excluded.
