The location to the beach couldn’t be beat! It was Fabulous to walk out the door to the beach. The house was very nice but could use a few updates. Definitely a new mattress in the master bedroom and patio table & chairs in the pool area. The air was out when we got there but the service had it fixed within 2 hours. The pool was wonderful and we enjoyed it everyday.

We love this location, Captiva has the best beaches!! Our only grumble is that the beds aren't very comfy, but nothing is ever as good as your own bed!

This is the 4th time I have stayed in the house. Wonderful memories. Management quick to respond to minor issues with a ceiling fan and pool after a rain storm.
