Fairway & Pond Views from a Covered Balcony | 2BR/2BA Villa | Vista Verde North — Isla del Sol, St. Petersburg, FL

There's a moment every evening when the pond catches the last light and the fairway glows gold — and this villa's covered balcony has front-row seats. Overlooking rolling green, swaying palms, and the water beyond, this spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath Vista Verde North villa is built for slowing down.

The vaulted-ceiling living area feels open and easy, with rich dark floors, a comfortable sofa and leather lounge chair, and a TV for winding down after a beach day. The kitchen comes equipped with everything you need — warm wood cabinetry, generous counter space, and a sunny dining nook for four where breakfast tends to linger.

The primary suite is the showstopper: corner windows wrap the room in fairway and pond views, and the beautifully updated bath features a glass walk-in shower with rainfall showerhead beneath a dramatic arched transom window that floods the space with natural light. The second bedroom offers a comfortable bed and soft roman shades, with a second full bath — complete with skylight — close at hand.

Outside your door, Isla del Sol's lush gardens, lakes, and waterways are made for morning walks, jogs, and bike rides, with shorebirds wading the banks along the way. You're minutes from the warm turquoise Gulf, St. Pete Beach, and Fort De Soto Park — rent a kayak, catch the ferry to Egmont Key, or spend the day at renowned North Beach, one of America's top-rated stretches of sand. Fishing charters, sunset cruises, boating, and downtown St. Petersburg's restaurants, shops, and nightlife fill out the itinerary.
