Very nice place, clean and nicely prepared with necessities. Access to the pool area right out the back door. Short walk to the Beach. Friendly neighbors.We had a great two week stay

Living there for 3weeks was great! I was able to work. The condo was comfortable, had everything we needed in the kitchen, and the perfect location!! Just a short walk to the beach and an even closer walk to the river where we saw beautiful sunsets! An easy location to get to anywhere in New Smyrna. Can’t wait to come back next winter

Spot was a great time, close to plenty of amenities, bars and grocery. The intention was for a festival nearby, but would highly suggest the location for the nearby beach too. Not too far from Daytona, just a 25min drive. Cozy interior to return to which was perfect after long days out in the sun. Highly recommend.
