House was exactly as described! It had a good location on the lake but was a little secluded than activities on the lake (if you didn't have a boat.) Floating dock needs a few nails repaired, especially the one that is right in front of the ladder to get down into the lake. There is a storage unit down on the dock with plenty of toys and floats, but no directions on finding the key to open it out how to use the sound system. We only discovered the storage unit and the sound system on our last day after we spotted the key inside and googled, how to use the system. Overall, we had a great trip and it accommodated us perfectly.

One of the best rental properties i have been too. Including how clean it was. After renting numerous properties i am not surprised if i walk around in my socks and then i have to throw them away how dirty the floors are. This is not about this property. I was pleasantly surprised! Plus the house has a lot of character. Some of the chest of drawers outdated but they do have that character. Overall great stay ! Thank you!

The ceiling is leaking and when we arrived the house was filthy. The kitchen and floors appeared as though they weren't cleaned at all after the previous tenant.
