House was perfect! Awesome location and spectacular view of the Chesapeake Bay. Kim was a very responsive and gracious host. She had snacks and drinks ready for us upon arrival. She was flexible in allowing us to add on another night before our original check in date and late check out on our last day. My only two issues were no curtains or blinds in the living room for privacy at night and the nightly cost was steep. I have recommended this property to friends for their stay if ever visiting North Beach, Maryland. My 23-year old daughter is still raving about our weekend at that beach. Thanks Kim for making our stay one to remember. You're amazing!

This is an absolutely beautiful property with breathtaking views. Walking distance to everything we wanted or needed. Our host was amazing and made great suggestions for a dog beach, the local Farmers Market, and great dining. We would definitely stay again and again.

What an amazing view and location! Our host Kim was fabulous and easy to communicate with. The house has everything you need and very clean. We look forward to our next visit!

Wonderful stay and extremely responsive host. Enjoyed this well-appointed home that looks just like the pictures. A short walk from boardwalk and shoos, the house had everything we needed. The Peloton work out equipment was great and the view from the third floor while working out was incredible. Enjoyed the front deck and hot tub on the back deck as well!
