Charming Restored 1915 Home – Less Than 2 Miles from the Ark Encounter
Welcome to our beautifully restored 1915 home! My husband and I purchased this house in 2015 and lovingly brought it back to life while preserving as much of its original character as possible. Once a gathering place for travelers heading to Cynthiana, Kentucky, this historic home now offers the perfect blend of timeless charm and modern comfort.
We carefully preserved the original hardwood floors, staircase, and fireplace mantel, while updating everything else to provide a clean, comfortable, and relaxing stay.
Conveniently located just minutes from downtown Williamstown and less than 1.7 miles from the Ark Encounter, our home is the perfect place for families, couples, and groups visiting the area.

The house was perfet for my family of six! The house was spotless and had extra aminites that made us feel right at home. I loved the charactor of the old house. I felt like I was staying in a home filled with positivity and love. I would highly recomend this property for anyone wanting to stay in the Williamstown area.

A little smaller than I expected but very clean and nicely decorated, very family friendly Christian inspired decor. Host was nice, we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this property if you're going to see the Ark Encounter

Although a very nice cottage near the ark we would not call it wheelchair accessible inside. Bath tub was not usable in our case. Rooms downstairs stated one with twin beds that were trundle not bunk and room not big enough to comfortably set it up. Toilet is in large wash/furnace area accessible only through one bedroom. Awkward to access.
