A proposito di questa casa struttura in affitto
Ideally located in a very quiet neighborhood of Saint-Pierre, just a stone's throw from downtown, the house “L'Atoll” will charm you with its modern decor and bright, airy feel.
A modern 70 m² home featuring a large living area and ONE bedroom, L'Atoll faces south/west and opens directly onto a private terrace.
The main living area includes a sitting area, a dining area, and a fully equipped open-concept kitchen. Three large picture windows provide direct access to the wooden terrace, where you'll find outdoor furniture shaded by a parasol, as well as two lounge chairs, so you can make the most of the sun during your nap, with the palm tree ensuring peace and tranquility...
The bathroom, separate from the restroom, features a walk-in shower.
The house is also fully equipped with all the appliances you'll need so you'll have everything you need.
You can park your car in the private parking lot located in front of the rental's entrance.
Take the time to chat with the owners, Rudy and Marie. They'll be delighted to tell you about their favorite spots or recommend the latest sports (and other) activities happening all over the island!

This property is a nicely converted former oyster shed. It’s very modern and bright with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It’s close both to the supermarket/winery and the town centre/market so you can walk to both. Pleasant outside space to relax in on a deck. Would recommend!

We had a very pleasant stay. The house is wonderful and tastefully decorated and has a nice and large terrace. Saint Pierre is a cosy village with lots of good restaurants. Thank you for your hospitality Rudy and Marie.
