The limited temporary membership allows the guest access to fully-lit Har-Tru tennis and pickleball courts (after 1 p.m. daily and subject to availability), community bicycles and Jr. Olympic heated swimming pool. The guest will also have access to the community fitness center.

Choose from our various unit styles including studio, one-, two, and three-bedroom units. Good location, nice little pool & hot tub. Our condo was a 2 bedroom/ 2 full bathrooms.
The bedroom on the left was a tad bigger and stayed cooler. It has a ceiling fan that has a remote to make it faster, which was nice.
The bedroom on the right was warmer & the ceiling fan only had 1 setting on low. The bed was very uncomfortable and they definitely need a new mattress in there. The pillows were horrible too.
Both bathrooms are ok. Not big, but definitely fine. There were plenty of towels in both.
Beach towels were provided, which was great!
There are beach loungers across the street that are free to use, but no umbrellas. We were told, before coming, that there were umbrellas so that was a bummer.
There is a little washer/ dryer for light loads of laundry. We used it twice during our stay and it worked great.
The kitchenette was definitely lacking.
Tv's/ cable worked great on all 3 tv's.
The free trolley stop was just 1 block away.
Overall, it was a good little place to stay.

The room was clean. Everything you needed was in the condo. They had beach chairs on the beach. The beach was so close. It was just beautiful. It was an excellent wonderful day. Thank you.

The property is in a great location directly across from the beach so no need to lug chairs etc - loungers are already on the beach and there are plenty of beach towels provided in the rooms. Sand toys and floats even available to use on a first come first serve basis. Pool and hot tub were very clean. Overall, would recommend this property!

The Location was great, however when we arrived and pick up our keys, the unit was already unlocked. When we tried to lock it to go out, the keys didn't work. We try both #'s to get a hold of someone to report, no one was available. They clearly don't have anyone in the office on a regular basis, so check-in was poor. There was an office person when we checked out and I let her know of this issue. Our personal items were left in the unlocked room while out on the beach, which I do not feel safe doing, but we had no choice. No incidents happened, but they need to do better with check in!
