Whether it's a city trip with friends or a business trip, alone or in a team - we offer you accommodation in different sizes in different cities. Our apartments impress with their modern design, central location and facilities that leave nothing to be desired. Every apartment at Homaris tells its own story - it is individual.
The Space:
The former commercial unit has direct street access and has been converted and renovated into a 3-room apartment. Located in the basement, it offers approx. 55 m² of space for up to 7 people.
Bedroom 1:
- Comfortable double bed (160 x 200)
- Cozy single bed (90 x 200)
- Storage space
Bedroom 2:
- Comfortable double bed (160 x 200)
- Comfortable single bed (90 x 200)
- Storage space
The bright living room offers
- a large dining area
- Comfortable sofa elements that can be converted into single beds
- a flat-screen TV with Amazon FireTV Stick and ZattooLive TV function
The separate kitchen is fully equipped with
- Dishwasher, stove and oven
- microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine, kettle, toaster
- and of course all necessities such as cutlery, plates, pots and pans
The bathroom has natural light, a shower and toilet.
Explore Hamburg like a Hanseat (that's what Hamburgers are called :-)) and benefit from the size of the apartment and the good connection to the city center.

Online check-in and round-the-clock guest service by phone and chat ensure an uncomplicated stay.
The Neighborhood:
The apartment is located in the “Generalsviertel” in Hamburg's Eimsbüttel district. The district is characterized by tall, stately-looking old buildings from the end of the 19th century.
Getting Around:
The subway station U3 Hohe Luftbrücke is about a 10-minute walk away.

Check-in is only possible via our digital check-in system. The link will be sent to you by email or text message shortly before your arrival.
After completing the registration form and uploading an ID card or passport, you will be granted access to the guest area with all the details of your stay. Our support team is available around the clock by phone and chat. We reserve the right to charge a deposit by credit card depending on the length of your stay.
