Charming one bedroom duplex located in the convenient and historic Charlotte Street/North Asheville/Grove Park neighborhood. There is one parking space (unassigned) for this rental located in the parking lot beside and behind the King James Building. The neighborhood feel of the area combined with the short distance it takes to get downtown, the famed Biltmore Estate, and the Grove Park Inn will leave you counting the days to come back and visit.

Great location just a short walk from downtown. Part of a neat neighborhood with a few nearby restaurants and cafes. Well furnished with plenty of room to lounge when you're not out on the town!

The accomodations were exactly as described and super clean. We walked a mile to the South Slope and back and had a great time. Parking instructions were slightly unclear but we ultimately had no issues and the host got back to us in no time. Would stay again.

A little hard to find because we only saw one house number from the road, but it was a nice place
