• Stairs: Stairs are required to access areas of the home; please see photos to ensure it’s a good fit.

• Exterior security cameras: Two cameras are installed outside—one on the deck facing the driveway monitoring the parking area, and one on the deck facing the rear entry door. They record exterior/common areas only.

• Pets: We’re happy to welcome your furry friends! Up to 2 dogs are allowed per stay (combined maximum weight 120 lbs). An additional fee of $75 per pet applies. If you are provided the option, please include your pet(s) in the guest count at booking. If this is not an option, please reach out to our Guest Experience team prior to your stay to add your pet(s) and ensure the fee is processed.
