Located just 10 minutes walk from the hyper center of Lorient, this superb 36m2 T2 has the advantages of the city center without its drawbacks thanks to its exceptional geographic location between Les Halles de Merville and the famous submarine base (Base camps for many racing boats).
The apartment is located on the ground floor of a small 2-storey building in a very pleasant street served by buses (bus stop 50m) and with many shops nearby (supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, tobacco bar, restaurants ... ).
The latter is completely new and will be perfect for accommodating 3 to 4 people maximum if the sofa bed is used.

The Carnel district is located south of Lorient near the Merville and Nouvelle ville districts, very safe and very pleasant. You will be only 10 minutes' walk from the hyper center.
You can park there for free and easily outside the building.
You will be 500m from the Halles de Merville, the Stade du Moustoir, the Moustoir aquatic center, the Grand Théatre and CDDB and 10-15 min by foot from the exhibition sites, the floating pool, the marina, the fishing port, the base of submarines and the city of Tabarly sailing.
* Larmor plage: its beaches and its port of Kernevel can be reached very quickly by car or bus.
* Museum of the Company of the Indies of Port Louis with connection by boat bus from the floating basin.
* Pier for the island of Groix at 1km
* Lorient Lann Bihoué Airport accessible in 10 minutes by car.

This flat ist great to stay in.
The kitchen is well equiped. There is everythin you need. Also an oyster knife.
The fresh marekt is just a few walking minutes away. You find fish, fruits, cheese, all ypu need.
Right around the corner is a traditional creperie.
We really enjoyed our stay and had a great time.
We met Regis shortely. He is a great host and makes sure everything is all right. The comunication was very good.
