Best location. Best view in town. Super comfy. Sunsets you'll never forget.

Welcome to The View — your personal sky-high retreat in the heart of downtown Wilmington. Perched on the 6th floor, this unique condo has a layout you won’t find anywhere else in the building, designed to open up the space and spotlight the stunning riverfront scenery.

The fully remodeled kitchen is a dream to cook in, with a sleek induction cooktop and a wraparound counter that seats four — perfect for morning coffee or a laid-back dinner with a view. The open-concept design flows straight toward floor-to-ceiling sliding doors that lead to your private balcony, where the sunsets paint the sky over the USS North Carolina every evening.

Inside, the space is cozy and clean, with red, white, and blue coastal flair. You’ll find everything you need: a plush queen bed, fast Wi-Fi, a smart TV, a fully stocked kitchen, and a bathroom with soft towels and great water pressure.

And when you’re ready to explore? Step outside and you’re steps from the Riverwalk, craft cocktails, local bites, live music, shopping, and everything downtown Wilmington has to offer.
