Pour something cold, settle into the dining set on your private oceanfront balcony, and watch the day wind down over the Atlantic. Morning coffee out here isn't bad either.

Inside, everything feels new because it is: fresh coastal décor, all-new living and dining furniture, new plank flooring, and updated fixtures throughout. The renovated kitchen shines with quartz countertops, a stylish backsplash, and a brand-new refrigerator — fully equipped for cooking and entertaining, from cookware and a Foreman grill to a Keurig that handles both K-cups and a full carafe for the crowd.
Two bedrooms and two baths keep everyone comfortable, an in-unit washer and dryer keeps the towels turning, and free Wi-Fi, cable, and streaming apps cover screen time. Rainy afternoon? A stocked selection of books, games, and puzzles has all ages covered.

Centrally located on the same level as the fitness center and beach walkway, you're never more than a short stroll from sand or amenities. A private outdoor beach gear storage locker— arrive light, play hard. Parking was easy. Rooms were clean, the balcony floor was very slick (like it had been cleaned with an oil based product?) We had to wipe it down to prevent slipping. Overall beautiful condo, and would 100% book again.

The condo was the perfect size for two couples. The location on the first floor was perfect to walk right out to the beach and the pool area was very nice. The hosts were wonderful to work with and they communicated all details for our trip in a timely manner. The location in Kill Devil Hills is close to lots of shopping and wonderful restaurants.

The condo was clean and well appointed. The location was ideal and parking was great. One of the beds wasn’t very comfortable so that might be improved upon. Everything else was great!
