This lovely penthouse condo is all you need for your vacation come enjoy island living @ it s best View sunsets,dolphins, boaters,nice pool area off your 18 ft balcony.This condo is just minutes to pass a grill beach or st pete beach.This condo comes completely furnished,brand new w/d, dishwasher, cabinets.Located on a island close to nice restaurants, golfing, boating rentals, beaches, fort desoto state park where you can go biking,hiking,or just sit on there beautiful beaches.You will love this condo like we have book today!!!!! Penthouse condo rents for 7 days ,14 days, 21days or a mnth @ a time. There is a registration & parking tag fee of $150 due upon arrival @ the condo management office. Come enjoy yourself in warm weather, great views,nice people, the Dolphins are calling!!!!! Private white sandy beach just steps from your condo!!!!!!

We loved the view from deck. Spotless accommodations. Friendly neighbors. Condo supplied with everything we needed.

This is my second time staying at this property and it again was absolutely perfect. The unit itself is clean, bright, well appointed and was even more perfect than I remember. I chose this area both for the ease of rental with the owner, as well as the absolutely stunning location and close proximity to so much of the gorgeous area of St Pete Beach and Tierra verde. <5 min drive to Pass A Grille or St Pete beach, though sunsets are perfect from your own balcony here and the pool. I already miss morning coffees on the balcony watching the dolphins and boats from the balcony on the inter-coastal, and walks around the property. It can’t get any better. Will definitely be back.

We enjoyed the property very much. It was clean and updated and the pool and beach area were great. You need to drive if you want to go to a restaurant or beach, but that is fine. Overall a very good time.
