FOLLY FIELD BEACH
The house is located in the Folly Field area. The closest beach is Folly Field Beach. There is a dedicated paved path from the house all the way to the beach. Walking to the beach takes about 9-10 min (it can take longer with kids or older family members).
You can drive your car or a golf cart to the beach. There is beach parking with 51 metered parking spaces and 3 ADA-accessible spaces.
Why Folly Field Beach is one of the best beaches in Hilton Head:

+ Has parking. A short walk from the parking over the wooden access ramp continued with access pathmat over the dunes. ADA accessible

This condo had everything we needed- even some things we didn't know we needed. The pool/patio area was a huge hit for relaxing and cooling off. The kitchen is well stocked and there were plenty of towels. Each bathroom was clean and plenty of amenities. The beach walk was very accessible and the chairs/wagons/ umbrella made everything so easy. We highly recommend this to a family or families staying together. Note: rookie mistake- we got a golf cart but you really can't go very far with it, so I would not recommend it.

Love, love, loved our stay here! We'd definitely go back! Fit 15 of us nicely. (Didn't have a crib or travel crib when we got there, but they brought it the next day. And they could use a few more toys for the kids, but it was fabulous!) We loved the 10 minute walk to the beach and loved that the pool is covered so you can swim on rainy days. Thanks for everything!

We came for a family spring break. Neighborhood was clean and easy to navigate. House was clean, more than enough space for everyone and so many towls, we never ran out even with getting in the pool everyday. Pool was clean and warm, same for the hot tub. Great hang out spot for everyone. Management team was great, we had a broken coffee pot and an empty gas tank for the fire pit, they came and fixed it within the hour. Nice walk to the beach or adventure cove for putt outt and games. Already talking about booking for next year!

The house was very run down with broken towel racks and trash under the furniture upon arrival. Bean bags had food and stains from wear and tear. We also had 2 birds living in the loft and guest room- there was bird poop all over in random parts of the house—we were able to rescue them before management arrived. The most concerning part of our stay were the VERY shaky bunks that should not be used as they are unstable and dangerous to get on. The lack of sleeping area made it difficult for our teenagers to sleep as they had to move to the floor and couch. The blankets had dog and human hairs of all lengths and colors. We ended up buying our own blankets and slept on the sofa. It was not the best experience but the location was great. Management did try to tighten the bolts on the bunks but it did not seem to work as the entire bed unit would still shake just less. They also replaced 2 of the beanbags with chairs the first day. If you decide to use the same company for golf carts make sure you don’t get bait and switched by their marketing saying that pick up would be on the morning of departure. They were very adamant that they wanted the carts back the night before despite the email they send prior to arrival stating the terms they change it upon receipt.
