The HOST FEE is set by us and is actually a cleaning fee the sole purpose of which is to ensure you can expect the unit to be immaculately clean upon your arrival - including freshly laundered towels, bed linens AND blankets (we do not use bed spreads). We make no money on this fee as 100% of what we receive from Vrbo is paid to our outstanding cleaning service who have been under contract with us for many years. SHORT TERM RENTAL LICENSE: To help ensure your safety and the quality of your rental experience the Town of Ridgway, City of Ouray and Ouray County have all established standards that short-term rental properties within their jurisdictions must meet in order to be licensed to operate. Cow Creek Suite operates under License No. STR2017-16 issued by the Town of Ridgway. Before choosing a short term rental property make certain it is operating legally with a valid, government issued license prominently displayed in their listing or call the appropriate local administration offices to verify the rental property is properly licensed.
