Stay where the locals live! This 2nd story carriage apartment is conveniently located, walking distance to restaurants, bars, coffee shops, streetcar, and downtown. Blocks from St. Charles Ave, Magazine Street, French Quarter, Warehouse District, Aquarium, Convention Center, Downtown (CBD) yet located within a neighborhood. The Lower Garden District sits between the Warehouse District and the Garden district so you get the comfort of being in a residential neighborhood, but the convenience of being close to Warehouse District, Downtown and French Quarter. No need for a car at this location!
The apartment has a full kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave) , living room and separate bedroom (queen size bed) with full bathroom.

It was a cute little one bedroom apartment. Good for someone needing somewhere to stay with a pet. It had a small fenced in yard. However, because they allow pets the place was not very clean. The couch had stains. The bed skirt had pee stains on it. The towels had stains on them. There was animal hair trapped under the doors and in the corners. I would suggest less white linens and go with darker ones.
