Welcome to perfection. This Paradise Retreats oceanfront condo offers the best of Santa Barbara. You’ll be a short walk away from everything you need: park, beach, restaurants, Harbor, and downtown. Wake up with the sun and enjoy breakfast on the beach at Shoreline Cafe, rent a paddleboard at the Harbor and eat lunch with locals at Brophys, taste Santa Barbara vintages in the Funk Zone, select one of the many award-winning restaurants in downtown Santa Barbara for dinner, and end the evening watching the sunset over the ocean from your balcony.
This 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom unit boasts unobstructed ocean views and a private balcony. The spacious Living and Dining Rooms face toward the water with tasteful and cozy decor. The Kitchen is fully stocked with every appliance and convenience you’ll need. The Primary Suite has its own ocean view with a sliding door connecting to the balcony and the Guest Bedroom is complete with luxury linens. Beach towels and chairs are provided while the complex includes a communal rooftop deck and beach staircase access, as well as private laundry in unit.

* Unit is on same level as parking (no stairs). No elevator in complex.

This property exceeds expectations. The views are amazing! The photos do not do it credit: the balcony visible in the living room and bedroom photos are connected, so it's one large balcony, with an amazing view of the beach and ocean. The property was clean, comfortable, bright, and delightful.Here are a few of notes and suggestions: - The management company was good to work with but did take a while to respond. Don't freak out, they'll get back to you, and your request might be "Pending" for over 24hrs.- While kitchen was fully stocked with cooking equipment, spices, coffee makers, and electric kettle, no coffee, tea, or sweetener were provided, so bring your own.- The property is free of thresholds for the most part, which is great of mobility-challenged guests. Do note there is a large-ish step from the parking lot to the walkway (perhaps there was a ramp we missed?), and there is a step into the guest shower, but no tub.Those minor quibbles not withstanding, we would absolutely stay here again in the future!

Be aware when booking. The property managers paradise management did not give me the apartment that I reserved on VRBO. Not only was it not our original unit they never even notified me about a change. I had to bring it to their attention as there was a price difference. They are reimbursing me the difference. Just be aware they manage several units in this complex.
