Perfect for large family groups or couples with its location and split levels, this modern idyllic 5 bedroom beach house is positioned just one street back from the beach and main strip of shops, making it an easy 150m walk to everything! Outdoor decks overlooking Copacabana beach and house is split over 4 levels and offering all the amenities you need for a relaxing holiday. Comfortably suits 8 adults in 4 queen rooms plus bunks and singles to suit kids or a bigger group.
Featuring timber floors throughout, dining table for 10, bi - fold doors that open out to a large entertaining decks facing the beach with bbq, covered area with heater for winter and outdoor lounge and dining setting.
Please be advised that there are stairs down from 110 Copacabana drive to front door . There are also stairs up from the carpark to the bottom deck of the house . You will receive an entry code on final confirmation.

Master Bedroom 1 - queen size bed with en-suite, A/C,fan, walk in robe, TV and views of the beach. Extra single bed can be requested

Bedroom 3 - queen size bed, ensuite plus bunk and small wardrobe
Bedroom 4 queen size bed , ensuite and large wardrobe.

Mid level - lower :
Kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine- BYO pods, large pantry, dining table seats 10, living area with reverse cycle air-con and fireplace, SMART TV with NETFLIX, (you just sign in with your own account details, soundbar with bluetooth so you can connect your iphone/music, radio/stereo/dvd and huge entertaining deck with views, outdoor dining table, lounge and BBQ.

Bedroom 5 - 2 sets of bunks and 1 single. Small TV and views to the southern end of beach and access to bathroom through sliding door.
Bathroom/Laundry - shower, vanity, toilet, washing machine and dryer and access to deck.
Rumpus Area - Bi-folds opening to lower deck and garden, lounge, TV, 3/4 Pool Table, Foosball table, Kitchenette with microwave, bar fridge and sink. Full enclosed courtyard area with table and chairs
Outdoor garden/patio with another lounge, small grass area, table and chairs and outdoor heater
Parking for 4 cars at base of property.
Internet access is available and code provided on booking.
Copacabana is about one hour drive north from Hornsby with a stunning beach and local shops, such as mini market (also has surf boards for hire), chemist, ice cream/lolly shop, bottle shop, news agency with post office, hair salon and several great coffee shops. There are several cafes light meals, Lady Copa for pizzas and Oceans for tapas ,cocktails and local talent nights .
It is a short stroll to Copacabana Beach, (patrolled Sept through April school holidays) and Cochrane Lagoon for a bit of fishing or paddle boarding or along the beach it is an easy walk to the adjoining Macmasters Beach. You can also walk up Del Monte Place to Captain Cook Lookout for a great view up and down the coastline… lookout for whales !
By car
Terrigal – 10 min - is close by for a bit of shopping and numerous restaurants.
Avoca - 5 min - is also worth a visit for its surf and restaurants and restored Avoca Theatre. There are Sunday markets every 4th Sunday at Heazlett Park Foreshore, Avoca Beach
Erina Fair - 2o min - is a major shopping complex within 20 minutes with Hoyts theatre and ice skating.
For the golfers try Gosford and Woy Woy courses or try the driving range at Kincumber.
The Central Coast offers National Parks for walking, Brisbane Waters for boating, the Australian Reptile Park at Somersby, and the Wildlife Park at Calga.
Public Transport
You can reach Copacabana beach by taking a train to GOSFORD and then a bus right into Copacabana Beach, that stops at the Surf Life Saving Club.. There is also a bus from Copacabana beach to Avoca Beach and to Erina Fair.

Each bed provided flat sheets, pillow slips, bath towels ,face washers
and hand towels, which are all sent to the laundry at the end of your stay.

Second time to this house. Love it’s so close to the shops and beach. Great house with everything you could need. Fun room for the kids downstairs with Foozball & pool table (it is a bit old) but fun. We’ll be back next year.
