Welcome to your ideal lakeside getaway on Lake of Bays!
Perched on a picturesque south-facing point with all-day sunshine, our cozy 3-bedroom Muskoka cottage is the perfect retreat for families looking to relax, explore, and create lasting memories.
Step outside and enjoy your private waterfront paradise. The property features a charming mini sandy beach with a shallow, hard-packed bottom—perfect for safe and easy swimming for kids and adults. On the other side, enjoy deeper, crystal-clear water off the dock. The spacious, deep dock soaks up sun from morning to evening and easily accommodates your boat. For added fun, complimentary watercraft are included: a large canoe, three kayaks, and a paddle boat.
Inside, the cottage offers a warm and inviting atmosphere with knotty pine walls, hardwood floors, and a stunning floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace—ideal for cozy evenings together. The fully equipped kitchen and spacious living area are perfect for family meals and gatherings. Three comfortable bedrooms ensure restful sleep, and the bathroom has been recently updated with new flooring and a toilet.
Beyond the cottage, you’re just a short drive from the best of Muskoka. Explore boutique shopping, dining, and local charm in Huntsville, Bracebridge, Dorset, and Baysville, or spend the day hiking nearby provincial parks and scenic trails.
As the sun sets, gather around the lakeside fire pit to roast marshmallows and share stories under the stars—the perfect ending to a perfect day.

Sheldon communicated very well before and after our stay. The cottage is very nice and has everything we needed; the kitchen was especially well equipped! The lake view is excellent and there was a great sand beach and large dock. Highly recommend and hope to go back again!

Great stay! Clean cottage with lots of toys/activities to keep our family of four busy for the week. Clean waterfront with convenient beach and nice dock. Quiet surroundings on private road.

We recently enjoyed a stay at this lovely cottage on Lake of Bays, and it truly was a fantastic getaway. The location is absolutely perfect—right on the lake with breathtaking views. The beach area was a hit with the kids; it was clean and well-maintained, providing a great space for them to play and enjoy the water. The dock was nice and well-maintained, making it an ideal place to relax by the lake and catch some rays.
The cottage itself was charming and comfortable and provided a cozy atmosphere. However, the bathroom could use a bit of attention. There were some mold spots, and the shower had a slight leak that could use fixing. Additionally, the floor tiles were starting to lift, which was a bit of a nuisance. Despite these minor issues, the overall stay was enjoyable, and the beautiful surroundings more than made up for the bathroom's shortcomings. If these few details are addressed, this place would be perfect!
One of the highlights was being able to explore the lake with our boat daily—such a wonderful way to experience the natural beauty of the area.
Just a heads-up: the grounds are a bit rocky, which can make navigation tricky in the dark. We recommend bringing a flashlight or, even better, hang some string lights from the trees.
The location and amenities more than made up for the minor shortcomings.
