Smart tvs in each bedroom. High Speed wifi and internet for working and streaming. New luxury linens, towels and pillows. Rich Hardwood Floors with area rugs. Large living room with 12 ft ceilings. Light and Bright, Extra Large Samsun flat screen SMART TV and fire place. Gourmet kitchen with Thermador stove/oven/convection, microwave, and wine fridge perfect for your vacation home entertaining. This home is located in the best area between Melrose and Santa Monica Blvd, Crescent Heights and La Cienega. We DO NOT allow any parties or events due to insurance reasons and out of courtesy to our neighbors. No additional visitors, except for short visit like dinner, etc. Please tell us so we will know your plans. We provide all paper goods (toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags), shampoo, body soap, and liquid hand soap. Dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, Tide detergent, bleach and softener dryer sheets. Our kitchen has basics stocked. We have a Nespresso, Keurig and a coffee maker. Chuck our host was very helpful and always responded quickly to questions and concerns. We had a little confusion on checking in because our code didn’t work properly but Chuck immediately responded and got us in. The home is in a great location walkable to both Melrose and Santa Monica and was very quiet and peaceful. The beds were comfortable and the linens were luxurious. The kitchen was well stocked, and all of the electronics worked properly and simply which is always appreciated! Everything was as described and just what we needed. We will stay again!

This house is an amazing oasis in the middle of the Melrose corridor of LA. When you're inside the walls of the property, the hustle and bustle of the outside world fades away. The three yards are intimate and beautifully landscaped - especially the area outside of the master bedroom with the large water feature. This house is perfect for two couples - two very comfortable bedrooms with nicely appointed full baths. The high ceilings in the great room remind me of one of the ultra luxury suites in the Four Seasons in Beverly Hills. The kitchen contains everything you need for a short weekend stay or a multi-week extended experience. But most of all, the hosts are incredibly professional, welcoming and responsive. Overall, our experience was one of the best in the 10 years that we have been renting high end VRBO homes. Lastly, from this house, you can walk to everything - restaurants, shopping, Beverly Hills . . . and it is a very short ride to the Sunset strip with all of the clubs. You can't go wrong with this place!

We had a wonderful stay. This home is as advertised! It is lovely, peaceful, cozy and private. We had everything we needed and more. The location is amazing with so many places in walking distance - shops, restaurants, bars, this neighborhood has it all. We would definitely stay there again.
