Located in Bergerac, this welcoming vacation home lets you experience it all. Eglise Notre-Dame is just steps away and Cyrano de Bergerac Statue is within an easy 6-minute walk, so leave your car at the property, which offers covered onsite parking. If you're looking to expand your horizons and see other nearby locales, you can catch a train at Bergerac Station, a short 7-minute walk away.

After you return, you can unwind by the outdoor pool or sip a drink on the terrace. As for the great indoors, you can come inside and enjoy the WiFi and TV.

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a stovetop, and a refrigerator, as well as a coffee maker, an electric kettle, and an ice maker. Bathroom amenities include a hair dryer, towels, and toilet paper. And you can even travel light because you'll have access to laundry facilities. Other amenities include bed sheets, an ironing board, air conditioning, and heating.

Great Location, little pool and sitting area that got the sun all day, which was also great. Plus outdoor table. Hosts left treats for us which was lovely. Very clean, had everything you could ever need. Only thing I would say, there is a set of steel steps up to the 1st floor which is the ground floor of the property and inside, there is a spiral staircase to the bedrooms. All in all, a great choice.

My husband and I had a fabulous stay in Alicia and Florians beautiful house. It exceeded all expectations. Is immaculately presented and very spacious. Everything is in pristine condition. All furnishings and appliances are of superior quality, we just loved the ice dispensing american fridge. They have thought of everything for your comfort. It is super central, the weekly market is on your doorstep, you can walk to all bars and restaurants in about 4 mins and to the the waterfront in about 8mins. The property comes with a garage which is a godsend if you arrive in a car. There are two, totally private, amazing terraces which get sun from sunrise to sunset. Despite being super central we were amazed at how peaceful it was when we were sitting sunning ourselves, so peaceful. I cannot recommend this accommodation highly enough. Florian and Alicia were also super friendly and approachable and extremely accommodating with any requests, they were exceptional hosts to us. I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else , we'll definitely be back.

This duplex apartment is really close to Bergerac’s beautiful historic centre. The parking in a garage just a few metres down the road was big enough for our very long estate car which was a relief! The hosts left us a welcome bottle of wine and were available online to answer queries if needed. The apartment was quiet despite being in the centre of town and clearly designed and loved by its owners. The pool was small but a lovely area to sit and relax in the heat of the day . Thank you for welcoming us to your holiday home .

We spent two lovely weeks in Alicia and Florians duplex in Bergerac. The house is located in a quiet street, close to the station, stores and the old town. It was a perfect base for exploring the Dordogne area. We took the train to St Emilion and Sarlat and rented a car to see chateaus, hilltop towns, the country side and Perigueux. We enjoyed shopping at the nearby market, bakeries and charcuteries and made some of our own meals. Everybody was kind to us and was helping us out with our limited French. The duplex has been nicely renovated, it is spacious and comfortable, with a modern kitchen. The plunge pool was great during a heatwave. The garage is just a few steps away. The Dordogne valley is beautiful and two weeks were not enough to see everything. Alicia and Florian were great hosts and made sure that our stay was perfect. This place is highly recommended!
