A Note from the Owner
My connection to the Kulakane began more than 25 years ago when I first stayed here with my brother. Not long afterward, my wife and I returned for another visit and quickly fell in love with the resort's unique charm, oceanfront setting, and welcoming atmosphere. We enjoyed it so much that we purchased our own condo the following year.
One of the things we love most about the Kulakane is its sense of tradition. Today, many of the same special experiences that guests enjoyed decades ago continue to bring people together, from the nightly blowing of the conch shells at sunset to peaceful mornings spent on the lanai taking in panoramic ocean views with Lanaʻi and Molokaʻi in the distance.
Over the years, we've met countless wonderful people and formed friendships that bring us back year after year. The warm sense of community among guests, owners, and staff is truly what makes the Kulakane so special.
To make your stay as comfortable as possible, we have updated and refreshed our condo with new furnishings, including a new bed, updated televisions, and vibrant touches throughout the unit. The resort continues to make improvements as well, enhancing the grounds, pool area, and landscaping for all to enjoy.

Absolutely wonderful stay during my last minute trip over from Oahu. Debbie was spectacular and very patient during the booking process where there were a number of glitches with the website. Check in was easy even after a flight delay that shifted my arrival hours later.The unit was lovely and the view of ocean with clear views of Lanai and Moloka'i were unrivaled. I spent most of my trip simply relaxing, reading and listening to the ocean. Parking was always available, the grounds were clean and location excellent. I will absolutely stay here again!

The Kulakane is amazing! You can’t beat the views the privacy and the feeling of being right on the ocean. They are perfect for a getaway trip with family or just a husband and wife. They are located in the perfect spot where you don’t have to travel far to do any excursions. Plenty of shops beaches and restaurants near. I will recommend anyone traveling to Maui to stay at the Kulakane!

Rob and I had a fantastic time celebrating our 37th wedding anniversary The condo was wonderful this is our 5th time at the Kulakane, we will definitely be coming back
