Pool depth ranges from 3 feet to 5 feet. Children will need to be supervised. There is no lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk. Pool alarm available to guests by request.
Monthly or Longer stays require discounted cleaning every 2 weeks paid by guest.
Booking guests must be at least 25 years old.
This is a NON-SMOKING property. (Fines and cleaning fees apply if violated.)
All guests that have a confirmed criminal record shall be declined and asked to cancel the booking at their own expense.
No more than 10 guests allowed in home including visitors.
Please be considerate of neighbors and mindful of noise levels. Please keep the noise down to a minimum after 10 pm.
Parking for up to 4 cars maximum. No street parking is allowed at any time.

Very clean, quite, nice neighborhood. Home has 2 primary suites plus 2 more bedrooms, all with comfortable king beds! Pool was great, plenty of patio furniture. You will need a car to get .... well anywhere. Home is in a very residential area. Restaurants, groceries etc is a short ride away. They have beach cruiser bikes but there are no sidewalks and not much of a shoulder to ride on. But I would definitely stay there again. Home is so nice.
