Location location location! Enjoy incredible Blue Mountain views from this delightful cottage. Just 45 minutes south of Moab, this beautiful home makes it easy to see CanyonLands, Arches National Park, and many local ruin attractions. This historic cottage was the original home of Kent Frost, a famous local author and explorer from the early pioneer days of this magical red rock region. This home is not only a special piece of history, it has been renovated by a local award winning designer who has brought to life a unique style and aesthetic.

Great home for family from Oregon and Michigan to meet to view annular solar eclipse. Nice base for traveling to gorgeous sites in southeastern Utah. (Valley of the Gods was stunning location for eclipse viewing!) Home was quite comfortable. Some beds a little nicer than others. Great nighttime viewing of Milky Way from backyard.

The house and beds were comfortable. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay with the exception of not being told the oven did not work, and no curtains in the huge living room window which heated up the house every afternoon. With a little TLC it could be a real vacation oasis.

Super easy to get there, lots of room for everyone. Oven didn’t work but there was an air fryer/toaster oven situation on the counter that worked. As the other reviewers mentioned, there is no AC but fans in each room. Most everything is closed on Sundays so make preparations ahead of time for food and groceries.

Ok stay Owner fixing up the house,but there is a lot to do. The kitchen needs a major makeover. State of the art 1960. Bed in master bedroom needs replacing
