Seasons 1860 gives families the space of a small house with the ease of a condo — two floors, two baths, and spots for everyone to unwind.

WHAT YOU'LL LOVE
- King suite under vaulted ceilings
- Upstairs den with extra lounge space
- Private entrance and mudroom for gear
- In-unit washer and dryer
- Shared hot tub, fire pit, and steam room
- Balcony with tranquil forest views

The layout is a parent's dream: kids take the main-floor bedroom with two separate beds (no negotiating), adults retreat upstairs to the vaulted suite with its own double-vanity bath, and the upstairs den becomes the kids' movie fort while grown-ups linger by the stone fireplace below. A sofa sleeper covers an extra guest.

The renovated kitchen makes group meals painless, the antler chandelier makes the dining room feel like a lodge, and the in-unit washer and dryer means everyone's base layers are fresh for tomorrow. Your private entrance and mudroom bench keep the snow-gear chaos contained.

Ride the shuttle to the lifts by day; by night, soak in the shared hot tub, gather at the fire pit, or warm up in the steam room. The forest views from the balcony are the quiet bonus. Make Seasons 1860 your family's Keystone hideaway.

Parking is one assigned outdoor space with a permit provided in the unit; garage access is not included.
