The Space:
Located on a private golf course. Boasts a spacious and bright layout, perfect for families or groups of friends. The main floor features a cozy bedroom with a full bath, complete with a walk-in shower, ensuring comfort and convenience for all guests. Upstairs, you’ll find an additional family room, perfect for relaxing or spending quality time together.
The master suite is a true retreat, featuring a generous sitting room with stunning water and golf course views. Imagine waking up to the tranquil scenery and enjoying your morning coffee in this serene space.
Sleeps 10. Sleeping Arrangement; 1 king, 2 Queen , 2 twins, pullout sofa.

Health & Safety: We prioritize the health, safety, and comfort of our guests. Each stay is followed by a thorough cleaning to maintain a welcoming environment.
Late Check-Outs & Early Arrivals
1-2 hours: $100
2-3 hours: $200
Note: Early arrivals and late check-outs are not guaranteed due to our tight cleaning schedule. Please request approval in advance.
Refund Policy
A 3.9% processing fee on refunds is non-refundable. Refunds will be the amount paid minus this fee, per Stripe's policy. This applies to direct booking and bookings made through select booking channels.
General Guidelines
●Pets: NO PETS ALLOWED. Bringing a pet without prior notification incurs an additional $100 fee, and we may end your stay early. No cats allowed. If your pet causes any damages, additional charges will incur to cover repair or cleaning costs.
●Age Requirement: Primary guest must be 21+, with an adult over 21 present during the stay.
Food & Drink: No food or drink in bedrooms (closed water bottles allowed); extra cleaning fees for stains.
●No Smoking: Smoking of any kind is prohibited; $200 fine for violations. Additional charges will incur to cover repair or cleaning costs.
●Trash: Dispose of all trash in outside bins before departure.
●Damages: Report any damages within 24 hours of occurrence or immediately upon arrival. Failure to report damages could result in liability for repair or replacement costs.
●Dishes: Wash all dishes and run the dishwasher (if applicable) before leaving.
●Windows: Keep windows closed for security.
●Laundry: Avoid overloading machines; do not wash sandy items, and clean the dryer lint trap.
●Storage Closet: Keep this area closed and locked.
●Consumables: Leftover items are at your discretion; freshness is not guaranteed.
●Furniture: Do not rearrange.
●Parties & Events: Unauthorized parties are not allowed; violations will result in additional charges and immediate eviction.
●Only registered guests are permitted to stay at the property. If you would like to add extra guests beyond the number initially registered, please request approval before finalizing your booking. Any additional guests that exceed the maximum allowed at the property will incur an additional charge of $100 per person. This requires approval from us prior to booking.
●Illegal Activities: Will result in immediate eviction.
●Quiet Hours: 10pm to 7am. Please be respectful of neighbors.
Joseph Ellen Guest Protection Program. We believe vacation should be about making memories—not worrying about "what ifs." And let's be honest... nobody likes unexpected damage claims.
To help protect both our guests and our homes, all reservations are required to complete the Joseph Ellen Guest Protection Program before check-in.

This was an extremely nice place. Normally while on vacation it doesn't feel like being home, but this place did. It was very spacious, clean, and organized. My wife and I loved the place overall, and as a traveler, I really appreciated the starter kits in each bathroom, the kitchen, and laundry room to meet all the basic needs for their guests.The gated community is very safe and while this unit is on the golf course, it gains your access to the beach club side of the community as well.

We had an amazing time, everything was just expected and more, the space was beyond perfect for our family, the community and property were very easy to access and all the details were laid out wonderfully by Andrew and Melody!If we had any questions or needed to know something about the house we had the ability to send a quick text and we had our answer in minutes!The space was more than we needed for our family of 5 which worked wonderfully for the kids to be able to spread out and enjoy their own spaces.Thank you for a wonderful stay, we will be back!

We enjoyed staying here. Hosts provided enough to get started and that helped greatly. Our schedule was packed but when we were at this house everything worked. We enjoyed watching the wildlife within view of the back windows.
