This was as amazing property! The apartment was beautiful, and so much space! Plus, the location was perfect. I would highly recommend!

The bed in the second bedroom needs to be replaced. The boards under the mattress should be more sturdy. We had to put the broads back in the socket & they still came out. Sleeping on the floor. No amenities like paper towel were provided. The place could use a more thorough cleaning. The place had a lot of room & we did like the extra bathroom & laundry room.

The apartment was true as it was advertised. Beautiful rooms and convenient location to all Florence has to offer. We wish we could have stayed longer.

Apartment was nice however there's a very loud, very annoying, grinding mechanical machine noise like a compressor or electrical motor starting up outside continually every few seconds 24/7 heard from both bedrooms. Loud enough that we had to move to the living room couches on the other side of the apartment to sleep. Mentioning it to the host along with a recording of the noise was replied with "OK" but no explanation of what the noise was, no visit by the host to investigate and no offer to compensate in any way for this annoying inconvenience.
